Performance Validation was established in 1988
During our founder’s tenure at PV, he believed in broad-based employee ownership and wanted to reward employees who helped grow the business. In 2012, the management team decided an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) was the preferred succession planning tool, becoming a 100% employee-owned company in January 2018.
As part of PV’s growth strategy, we developed our venture arm focused on investments, mergers and acquisitions of life sciences and engineering services companies, especially the ones dedicated to GxP, regulatory affairs and quality assurance.
